As a Diagnostic Mechanical Technician in our Vehicle Preparation Center (VPC), you are responsible for performing final technical checks on new passenger vehicles before they are delivered to our dealers across the Benelux. You carry out diagnostic procedures, analyze mechanical and electronic issues, and determine the necessary repairs. You also support your colleagues with general maintenance tasks on the vehicles. Our VPC is a specialized department where precision, quality, and efficiency are essential. To reinforce our operational team, we are looking for motivated Vehicle Technicians. Your responsibilities include the following: Safety and quality are always top-of-mind; Performing diagnostics on new vehicles to identify mechanical or electronic malfunctions; Analyzing faults and determining the appropriate repair or intervention; Supporting colleagues with day-to-day maintenance and preparation tasks; Ensuring clean, accurate, and high-quality work within the expected workflow; Communicating clearly with team members regarding vehicle status and required actions; Working independently while remaining a helpful and collaborative team member; Operating a forklift (if you hold a valid forklift certificate); Reporting findings and completed work to the supervisor.
