What will you do
We are looking for motivated Panel Beaters to join our Vehicle Preparation Center, where every new vehicle receives its final, high-quality finish before reaching dealers across the Benelux. In this role, you will perform precise bodywork repairs, including straightening, shaping, and adjusting panels, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficient task planning. You’ll work independently, follow daily priorities, support your colleagues, and bring a positive, calm attitude even under pressure.
We value strong reasoning skills, proactive learning, critical thinking, and clear communication. Candidates must have a technical background, at least five years of relevant experience, and the ability to communicate in English. No certificates are required, but an empty criminal record is mandatory for the safety check.
As a Panel Beater in our Vehicle Preparation Center (VPC), you are responsible for performing high-quality bodywork repairs on new passenger vehicles before they are delivered to our dealers across the Benelux. The VPC is a specialized department where every vehicle receives its final touch. In addition to preparing new vehicles, the VPC is also responsible for repairing any damages that may have occurred throughout the logistics chain. To strengthen our bodywork team, we are looking for motivated Panel beater.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Safety and quality are always top-of-mind; Performing bodywork repairs on damaged vehicles; Straightening, shaping, leveling, and adjusting various body panels and components; Working according to instructions and priorities provided by your coordinator; Delivering clean, precise, and accurate work while maintaining the required pace; Working independently and planning your tasks efficiently; Cooperating closely with colleagues and supporting the team where needed; Remaining calm under pressure and maintaining a positive outlook; Applying your passion for cars in every task you perform.
What are your skills
Do you demonstrate strong logical reasoning and the ability to learn quickly? Are you highly observant and proactive in acquiring new knowledge? Do you approach situations with critical thinking, clarity, and a focus on safety? Are you confident in raising concerns and seeking consultation when necessary?
What is your experience
You have at least five years of experience as a panel painter.
What is your education level
You have a technical education or equivalent by experience.
Language expectations
Communicative English skills are required for this job, this is the language you will communicate in.

You work 38 hours a week; You are paid weekly; You have mealvouchers of €8/day of which you pay €1.09; The gross hourly starting salary is between €20-24.50/h; The shift hours are day hours: 7:00-15:00; When you receive a fixed contract you will get hospitalization insurance; Overtime is possible, this is paid at 150%;
