Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team at Dubaere? We are on the lookout for skilled Machine Operators to strengthen our bending lines. Our production lines are quite long, and they are powered by a team committed to excellence. Here is what you need to know:
Your responsibilities include the following:
Operating machines with precision and efficiency; Vigilantly monitoring the production line; Swiftly addressing any machine breakdowns in case of breakage; Checking the samples from the machine and reporting issues to the foreman; Adhering strictly to safety regulations, including wearing the appropriate PPEs.
What are your skills
Are you comfortable with physically demanding tasks and willing to engage in heavier work as part of our production process? Are you prepared to work in a dynamic environment where noise and dirt may be present, ensuring that productivity remains unaffected? Is safety your number one priority? Do you understand machine controls and operation protocols, ensuring the efficient and safe use of equipment in our production facility? Then this might be the job for you!
What is your experience
You have a first experience as a machine operator in the metal industry.
What is your education level
You have a technical education or equivalent by experience.
Language expectations
Communicative English skills are required for this job, this is the language you will communicate in.

You work 40 hours a week; You are paid weekly; The gross hourly starting salary is €15.81; The shift hours are day hours, 7:00-15:45; Overtime is possible during the busy period, this is paid at 150%.
