Welcome to our new body shop. Rudi and Jan want to implement the latest and most environmentally friendly technologies there. Faithful to this starting point, a state-of-the-art bodyshop has been elaborated which may count as the reference in the bodywork world in the coming years.
This client is a leading car dealer for the brands Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, ŠKODA & Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles with locations in Boortmeerbeek, Machelen, Leefdaal and Aarschot.
With over 60 years of experience, they are a very service-oriented company for individuals and fleet customers. Together we look for the suitable mobility solution for you.
Their very first body shop, opened in 1998 and located next to the Volkswagen showroom in Boortmeerbeek, bumped into its limits after almost two decades. Both the workshop, the office space, and the available parking facilities were no longer dimensioned for the increasing volume of customers and repairs.
A 3-acre industrial site at Kampenhout-Sas offered the long-awaited opportunity to set up a completely new body shop.
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Panel beaters to strengthen the team in Kampenhout. Your responsibilities include the following:
Accurately reading and interpreting work orders; Repairing dents and scratches in order to bring the car to its former state; Skilfully edging car body parts following the correct working methods after disassembly; Ideally, having the ability to assemble and disassemble car parts efficiently; Ideally, having the ability to prepare surfaces for painting; Ideally, apply the correct welding procedures according to the mechanic.

We offer a long time position in a fast growing company:
You work 40 hours a week; You are paid weekly; The gross hourly starting salary is between €17 and €18, depending on your experience; After a positive evaluation your salary can be increased up to €21/h; You have mealvouchers of €5/day of which you pay €1.09; In addition, you will receive a transport allowance and eco vouchers of €200/year; You work in the day shift; You can choose to start at 7:00 or at 8:00 as long as you work 8h/day; Overtime never happens.
