We are looking for a CNC miller that has experience with operating and programming. We work on a DMG 3-axis machine with Heidenhain control.
We work with Mastercam as CAD/CAM program, but knowledge of similar programs is also sufficient as long as you’re willing to learn.
We work with individual pieces, from time to time there are small series. We mostly work with steel, but also aluminum and stainless steel. We produce press molds, measuring calibers, prototypes, and a lot of unique pieces.
You are responsible for the setup, the tolling, the programming, the milling, the measuring and the finishing of the pieces on the milling machine, often with the aid of Mastercam.
What are your skills
Are you experienced with Heidenhain? Do you have an eye for detail? Are you experienced with producing individual pieces? Do you work with all kinds of metal?
What is your experience
You need a couple of years of experience in a similar position.
What is your education level
You have a background in CNC operating and programming.
Language expectations
Communicative English or French is required for this job.
What our client offers
We offer a job in a small family company. Your salary will be discussed based on experience. Very experienced operators earn between €550-€575 netto every week. You work the day shift.
