What will you do


As a tyre fitter, you play a crucial role in the overall functioning of the automotive service center. Your expertise directly contributes to customer satisfaction and retention, as well as the reputation and success of the organization. By providing top-notch tyre fitting services, you not only ensure the safety and performance of customers' vehicles but also help generate revenue through tyre sales and associated services. Moreover, your role as a tyre fitter may involve cross-training opportunities and professional development pathways, allowing you to expand your skill set and advance within the organization. Overall, your contributions as a tyre fitter are integral to the success and effectiveness of the automotive service centre as a whole. Your responsibilities include the following: Mastering the techniques and procedures involved in tyre fitting, including mounting, balancing, and aligning tyres with precision and accuracy; Building trust and rapport with customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and providing knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their specific vehicle and driving habits; Completing tyre fitting tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety, optimizing workflow to maximize productivity; Ensuring proper tyre inflation, tread depth, and overall condition, while also conducting thorough inspections for signs of damage or wear that may require repair or replacement; Collaborating effectively with other team members, such as mechanics and service advisors, to coordinate workflow, share expertise, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

What are your skills

Do you have hands-on experience with ‘run-flat’ tyres and TPMS air pressure sensors? Are you confident in using all the tools and equipment for seamless tyre assembly and disassembly? Can you precisely balance tyres using the latest equipment? Are you skilled in tyre regrooving and maximizing tyre lifespan? Do you have a keen eye for precision when it comes to wheel alignment? If so, we want you on our team!

What is your experience

Ideally, you have at least two seasons of experience as a tire fitter. You have enough experience to change tyres of the car alone or in pair in +/- 20-30 minutes of time.

What is your education level

No specific education is required for this job.

Language expectations

Communicative English skills are required for this job, this is the language you will communicate in.

What our client offers

Join us and be part of a dynamic team where your talents are recognized, and your safety is paramount. We offer a returning position for every tyre season if you perform well: You work 38 hours a week; You are paid weekly; The gross hourly starting salary is €16.86 for the first 500 hours that you work with Link2Europe, after 500 hours your salary increases to €18.55/h; You work in the day shift; You will work between 40-50 hours per week, but overtime is not guaranteed; Overtime is paid at 150%; Your travel cost to Belgium is refunded at the end of the season up to €125, if you send a receipt with the date of travel on it.
