What will you do
Are you an experienced machine operator in the food production industry with a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency? In this role, you will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and maintaining machines, ensuring smooth production flow and top-quality results. You will also conduct quality control checks, assist with machine setups and conversions, and troubleshoot minor technical issues to keep operations running seamlessly. Your responsibilities include the following:
Operating one or more machines, ranging from small installations to large process installations, to achieve final results; Assisting with the start-up or conversion of machines and ensuring the supply of necessary raw materials and/or packing materials; Stopping the machine if problems arise and assisting with conversions when applicable, all this while working as part of a team; Performing quality control by closely monitoring products, intervening if issues occur, and conducting visual inspections, measurements, and sampling; Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, tidying up and cleaning machines daily using the correct methods and materials; Participating in training programs to stay updated on quality control procedures and operational best practices.

What is your experience
You have several years of experience as a machine operator in the food production industry. You have technical insight and are proficient in computers. You are able to independently set your machine, perform quality control, make adjustments when necessary and solve minor technical issues.
What is your education level
No specific education is required for this job.
Language expectations
Highly communicative English skills are required for this job (reading, writing, speaking), this is the language you will communicate in. You are willing to learn Dutch.

You work 39.5 hours a week; You are paid weekly; The gross hourly starting salary is 17.2922 €/h; You have mealvouchers of €8/day of which you pay €1.09; You work in two shifts from 5:00-13:00 and from 13:00-21:00 or in the permanent night shift from 21:00 to 5:00; There is a shift allowance of +12.5 for the alternating early/late shift and +25% for the permanent night shift; Overtime is possible once you speak Dutch, this is paid at 150%; In addition, our client organizes Dutch courses and offers a lot of internal mobility if you learn the native language.
