Louis Culot is looking for a dynamic and hardworking Production Worker to join their team. Begin your journey with us using hand polishing machines and progress to mastering CNC-operated mechanical polishing machines. This role is perfect for someone with a technical mindset who thrives on producing high-quality work. At Louis Culot, they excel in crafting premium kitchen countertops and kitchen islands from various materials such as composite, dekton, natural stones or ceramics. Specializing in B2B transactions, their products are renowned for their exceptional quality. Your responsibilities include the following: Accurately process countertops according to specifications, materials, and instructions; Using hand polishing machines to achieve flawless finishes on stone surfaces; Training to operate CNC-controlled mechanical polishing machines to enhance your skills; Inspecting and ensuring every piece meets our high-quality standards; Collaborate with the installation team and other stakeholders to complete projects within deadlines; Applying technical knowledge to optimize and maintain production processes; Maintaining a safe working environment and ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
