We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in upholstery, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work. This role requires a professional who can uphold our standards of excellence, ensuring that each piece meets our meticulous quality criteria and aligns with client specifications.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Upholstering high-end, personalized beds, including slatted frames and box springs, according to client specifications; Conducting thorough visual quality control inspections to ensure all products meet the company's high standards of craftsmanship; Examining stitching and materials for any defects or inconsistencies, ensuring precision and quality in every piece; Interpreting and following detailed plans and client requests, adjusting and customizing as needed to achieve the desired outcome; Collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process; Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality protocols.

You have at least two years of experience as an upholsterer.

We offer a long time position with the possibility to receive a fixed contract:
You work 37.20 hours a week; You are paid weekly; The gross hourly salary is between €15 and €18.50, depending on your experience; You work in two shifts from 7:30-16:15 from Monday until Thursday, and Friday you work from 7:30-15:15; Overtime is optional on a daily basis, and up to 6 hours on a Saturday; During peak periods overtime is expected; Overtime is paid at 150%.
