You are responsible for assistance with the assembly of bicycle sheds, stairs, bus shelters, awnings and other steel structures on the construction site. This can range from placing the foundations to the final finishing to the final screw. Excavation and pouring of foundation bases, drilling anchors, help with the assembly of steel structures, help with the installation of roof and wall coverings in various materials such as steel profile sheets, wood, plastics (polycarbonate), glass,...
You always work under the supervision of a foreman. You will be working in a team of 2 or 3. Being a team player is very important. Every day you will leave the company together with your colleagues to work place.
What are your skills
Verhofsté is looking for motivated, handymen who are flexible but also adequate, willing to learn and a team player. You don’t mind working outside.
What is your experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience as an assembler, you can read technical plans, work with electrical screwdriver and grinding machine.
What is your education level
Technical school - construction.
Language expectations
Communicative English or French
What our client offers
Salary: between 16 and 19 €
6am to 2.45pm with a lunch break from 12pm to 12.30pm. On Friday untill 1.45 pm.
