Oostkamp, Belgium is the headquarters of IGW and is is specialised in the production of big unique gears and big aluminium components, prismatic parts for the medical and lithographic sector.
By investing in modern technologies, we can provide machined precision components as well as mechanical assemblies. With our robotic deburring cell and our state-of-the-art 5 axis machining centers that are connected with pallet pools, we can shorten time-to-market and increase our flexibility. We are able to produce aluminum components between 1 and 3 meters according to your manufacturing needs.
As the medical and lithographic market is growing we’re looking for extra manpower.

For the department Prismatic Parts they are looking for CNC millers. In this department they work with aluminum and they make arcs for cardio scanners and frames for ASML. The parts are made in series.
You’re able to operate autonomously and set up recently purchased high-end CNC controlled machines (brand Mandelli Rock, steering: Siemens). You will load (and unload) prismatic parts onto fixtures on multi pallet machines and perform machining operation. You manufacture various aluminum parts (bigger than 1 meter). You select tools required to produce parts and prepare machines. You will check finished parts against bleurpint, debugs and submits for approval. You’re responsible for the quality of finished prismatic parts. In addition you are able to look after the preventive maintenance of the machine. You report to a teamleader within the production departement.
What are your skills
Can you read technical plans? Can you translate plans into the correct machine settings?
What is your experience
You have several years of experience as a CNC operator.
What is your education level
A technical schooling is required, preferably in the direction of mechanics.
Language expectations
Communicative English is required for this job. You are willing to learn Dutch.
What our client offers
We offer a long term job in a 3-shift system, with a gross hourly salary of €17.0349 with 8€ meal vouchers and a hospital insurance when you sign a permanent contract. There is a 12.5% shift bonus fort the morning/afternoon shift, a 45% shift bonus for the night shift, and a 67% shift bonus for the weekend shift.
