As foreman within the cables and pipes department, you are responsible for the proper functioning of your shift consisting of 4 people.
You motivate and coordinate the activities of your team and organize them so that the tasks to be performed are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Together with the rest of your team, you will be deployed within our cables and pipes department to carry out various groundworks and general work in pipe laying for projects all over Belgium.
What are your skills
Do you have a couple of years of experience as a foreman? Are you willing to be flexible and move between our different sites? Are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves and guide your team to do the same? Are you able to do the above completely autonomously and reliably?
What is your experience
You need a couple of years of experience in a similar position.
What is your education level
Your education is not important for this job.
Language expectations
Communicative English or French is required for this job.
What our client offers
We offer a gross salary of 15.5€-20.27€/h, depending on your experience. You work about 40 hours a week.
