You will operate their thermal spraying installation. This is a process in which droplets of molten material are sprayed onto a substrate. This material to be sprayed can be melted in powder or wire form. They are offering you the opportunity to thrive as an operator using state of the art machinery, where you will play a pivotal role in their success story. Do you want to be a part of De Beleyr's journey of success? Your responsibilities include the following: Setting up and operating thermal spray equipment (wire arc, flame spray and plasma spray equipment); Preparing surfaces for coating (including cleaning and masking); Ensuring proper mixing ratio and quality of coating materials; Inspecting coatings for adhesion, thickness and quality; Maintaining equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed; Reading and interpreting technical drawings; Reporting to the production manager.

You have a technical schooling. You have had a training in mechanical design techniques, machine tools or equivalent through experience.

Language expectations

Communicative English or French skills are required for this job, this is the language you will communicate in.
