Key-Tec specializes in the sale, rental and service of handling and construction equipment from Manitou & Case Construction, among others. The company has a wide range of machines to support the (agricultural) construction, industry & recycling sector. Some of these machines are telehandlers, articulated loaders, wheel loaders, material handling cranes, aerial platforms, scissor lifts, forklifts and dumpers. Key-Tec was founded in 1996 under the leadership of Sven Dekeyser and started with the local sale and service of agricultural and construction machines. The first rental activities were started in 2002, which have now grown to around 600 machines. You look for electrical faults and perform the diagnosis on machines for industry, (agricultural) construction & recycling such as telehandlers, articulated loaders, wheel loaders, etc. You interpret error messages on the instrument panel, the display and the control lamps. You exclude various possible causes in the event of malfunctions in the electrical circuit (cable break, bad contact, ...). You connect calibrated test and diagnostic equipment and read the measured values or the error memory (emission test, compression test, brake test, oil test, leak test, sound analyser, ...). You take the necessary actions based on observations and measurement results. You install electrical or electronic instruments for industrial machines (load limiter, weighing systems, position determining system, ...). You report to the service coordinator.
What are your skills
Are you organized? Do you always follow the VCA rules? Are you problem-solving?
What is your experience
You have a relevant experience with vehicle electricity and electronics. You are able to read plans/schemes.
What is your education level
A degree in electromechanics or agricultural mechanics is required or equivalent through experience.
Language expectations
Communicative English is required for this job.
What our client offers
We offer a stable job with a junior gross salary between €15/h-€17/h and a senior gross salary between 17€/h-22€/h depending on your experience. You work the day shift.
