What will you do

A team of one hundred highly motivated workers prepares and packs our sandwich fillers, according to strict IFS procedures. Each step in the production process is carefully supervised by the quality department of our own laboratory. Quality control from A to Z to insure safe products! Apart from a large selection of Belgian, French and Dutch ready-made sandwich fillers, Nikita also offers a wide range of self-prepared sauces: mayonnaise, tartare, cocktail and other dressings. Nikita has still more to offer: canapés, lumpfish roes, pasta salads, végétartare,… or how would you feel about your very own recipe or brand name, produced by Nikita? The excellent quality, the wide range of products, the price and the punctual deliveries have enabled Nikita to deliver to several important food chains and wholesalers such as Aldi, Auchan, Carrefour, Cora, Delhaize, ITM, Match, Metro.
As a maintenance technician you are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. You make sure that production systems perform at optimum functionality, you are in charge of troubleshooting. Essentially, the goal of a maintenance technician is to maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition.

Do you have the ability to work safely, cleanly and efficiently? Do you have a flexible attitude? Are you able to work independently and in a team? Then you might be the person we are looking for!
What is your experience
You have several years of experience as a maintenance technician.
What is your education level
Technical background is a plus, but relevant experience is more important.
You speak good level of English, basic Dutch is a big plus.
What our client offers
We offer between 17.50 and 21€ gross per hour (based on your experience). You will work 38 hours a week, overtime is possible and it's paid 150%. You will work in 2 shifts with a bonus of 0.58€ gross added to each worked hour. There is also an extra bonus, meal vouchers, of 5.70€ gross/ day, that you can spend on groceries and in restaurants.
