What will you do
We are looking for a Trailer Mechanic to maintain and repair a fleet of 275 trailers. In this role, you will conduct daily inspections, replace and repair mechanical parts, check and fix doors and locking mechanisms, and diagnose suspension, axle, and electrical system issues. You will work in a team of two, each handling one side of the trailer, ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards. Candidates should have technical schooling and mechanical training, with experience as a car, truck, or agricultural mechanic. Knowledge of trailer systems is a plus. Communicative Polish skills are required.
As a Trailer Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of 275 trailers. Each day, you will inspect a different trailer, ensuring it is in top condition for safe and efficient operation.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Performing daily inspections on trailers to identify potential issues; Replacing and repairing mechanical parts; Checking and repairing doors, latches, and locking mechanisms for proper function; Working in a team of two mechanics, each responsible for one side of the trailer; Diagnosing and fixing suspension, axles, and electrical systems when needed; Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance regulations.

Communicative Polish skills are required for this job, this is the language you will communicate in. English would be a plus.

You work 38 hours a week; You are paid weekly; You have mealvouchers of €3.22/day of which you pay €1.09; The gross hourly starting salary is €17.6405; The shift hours are day hours: 8:00-18:00; When you receive a fixed contract you will get hospitalization insurance; If you live in Northern Poland you can join the bus ride there for free once a month; Overtime is standard, you usually work 10-hour days and sometimes you work Saturday mornings; You work three weeks and you have one week of vacation paid by your overtime.
