What will you do
OWe are looking for a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to maintain and service refrigeration systems on our truck fleet, which transports liquid and chemical substances. The role involves performing MIG and TIG welding tasks, reading blueprints, preparing metal surfaces, and ensuring high-quality, precise welds. You will also be responsible for maintaining welding equipment and performing regular maintenance on refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with MIG/TIG welding, a technical education, and a strong understanding of safety standards. A B driving license is required, and knowledge of English is essential; Polish is a plus. MIG/TIG certification is an advantage.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our team to maintain and service the refrigeration systems of our truck fleet. Our tanks are used for transporting liquid and chemical substances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks using MIG and TIG welding techniques. The role requires a keen eye for detail, precision, and a strong commitment to safety standards.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Performing MIG and TIG welding operations on the Essers truck fleet; Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications to determine job requirements; Setting up welding equipment and selecting appropriate welding techniques based on materials and specifications; Preparing and cleaning metal surfaces before and after welding; Inspecting welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards; Repairing, modifying, or fabricating metal parts and structures as required; Maintaining and cleaning welding equipment, tools, and work area; Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required specifications; Adhering to company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Once your welding tasks are done, performing regular maintenance and repairs on the electrical truck refrigeration systems.

Communicative English skills are required for this job, this is the language you will communicate in. If you also speak Polish that would be a plus.

We offer a long term position in a large, stable company:
You work 38 hours a week; You are paid weekly; You have mealvouchers of €5/worked day of which you pay €1.09, that gradually become mealvouchers of €8/worked day after 3 years.; The gross hourly salary is between €19.5715-€20.5280 depending on your experience; You work in the day shift, from 7:30-15:30; Overtime is possible, this is paid at 150%.
