As a mold technician in the stamping or molding department, you are responsible for the maintenance and conversion of molds or stamps (repair). You play a crucial role in the preparation of the production and thus make a difference.
You are preparing the connection between assignments and then passing them on to the machine park. Optimizing, repairing and maintaining molds form the core of your range of tasks. As a result, you have a large share in the success and continuity of production. Communication is key! Open communication is essential at TE. That is why you ensure a complete transfer of knowledge to colleagues as soon as you have taken actions.
What are your skills
Have you obtained a technical diploma? Great, then you already have a good foundation! Do you not have the diploma, but have you built up extensive experience in a similar job? No problem, then you might be able to convince us of your qualities! An eye for detail, structured and meticulous work are just a few of your strengths. Good work doesn't scare you, it just brings out the best in you. You can think logically and reason to solve problems or make adjustments where necessary. You are a planner, working independently is not a problem for you. We are looking for someone with knowledge of drawing reading, measuring technology, processing techniques (including grinding, profile grinding) and of various tool concepts and products. In other words: you can hold your own in a technical environment! Do you have knowledge of fitting punching tools and setting tools on a production press? Then you already have an advantage.
What is your experience
You have previous experience with molding.
What is your education level
Electro-mechanics and/or Technical.
You speak fluent English.
